Step 1: First, attach the telescopic rod of the mop to the base.

Step 2: Press the button below the mop head to open it.

Step 3: Place the towel flat on the ground or table.

Step 4: Align the mop head with the center of the towel.

Step 5: Apply some force and press the mop down, which will tighten it.
